This new version of SF Olympic Barbell has ceramic-polymer coating (Cerakote) that has enhanced properties such as wear & tear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and hardness. Cerakote is 70x better than chrome and even a 100x better than black oxide coating.

This high precision machine processed barbell comes with 4 copper needle bearings per sleeve to ensure that it spins upto 2 minutes, making your heavy lifts 2x easier than other barbells.

Coating & Strength

Our new barbells use Cerakote that is used by the gun industry for high durability. They are more resistant to rust and abrasions. The improved coating is low on maintenance & made to last a lifetime as compared to the black zinc coating.

Material

Made with high quality alloy steel with 2,10,000 PSI strength, it is proven to be the best multipurpose barbell. Each barbell shaft is polished prior to machining which gives an extremely smooth finish to the shaft. While the sleeves are finished with hard chrome to avoid easy scratching while loading the weights.

Note: Chalk powder can be very corrosive in nature, please clean the grip with SF Multipurpose oil every day after use.

Volcano knurling on this barbell is perfect for your cleans, snatches, squats and presses, and they include dual knurl markings. This multipurpose barbell is designed with a snap ring technology and high quality bearings, for a perfect whip during the weightlifting movements and adequate stiffness for the powerlifting movements.

really dissatisfied

We’re extremely frustrated with the barbells purchased . After noticing rust shortly after our initial purchase on April 1st, we returned them, hoping the replacement would be of better quality. However, the new barbells have already started rusting as well. It’s disappointing to encounter the same issue twice, especially when quality and durability were expected. This has disrupted our gym routines and made us lose trust in the product. We urge the supplier to take serious action to resolve this ongoing problem.

Good quality barbell

Overall experience of the purchase is good especially the part where I got the custom colour option. Just a thing I would like to mention is that when I opened the package there were some small marks of brown colour on the shaft of the bar, I didn't expect this when I was purchasing an expensive product. I would suggest while packaging plz make sure the products are in mint condition. Otherwise I am happy with it
