The Soft Training Box is a 3 in 1 training box just like the Wooden Plyo Box. This is designed with a layer of protective padding and rexine material which helps in removing the fear from the athletes for the shin burns during the box jumps.

Foam Plyo boxes should not be used on any smooth flooring (Wood, Smooth Concrete, Tile Etc).

    good quality and are durable

    I have purchased lot of equipment from there online store and till now all the products that I have received are of good quality and are durable. I have been using them almost daily and till now I haven't seen and wear and tear on the products. One thing if you could work upon would be the shipping price, if you could control them, this could be the go to fitness store for lot many people.

    The quality is amazing

    I have ordered fitness equipment from several places; but the ones from SF HEALTHTECH really cut it. The quality is amazing in the context of reliability and finish and this is non-negotiable when one chooses to say hang on a pull up bar or take that leap on a plyo box. I look forward to ordering more of their products in future.
