    This knurling handle design helps in improving grip and avoiding any excessive tension on the wrists and forearms.

    Quality Construction

    The 28 mm diameter bar is made from 110 k PSI tensile strength & 4 bearings. The precise bend helps in performing exercises accurately and with the right form. The bronze bush makes it highly durable and the bright zinc threaded sleeves make the plate loading easy just like the SF Olympic barbells.

    Fit and Finish

    Each SF HealthTech Bar finish offers a different level of oxidisation protection and has a direct effect on the feel of the knurl.

    Black Oxide is a mild oxidisation protectant process. This type of steel treatment will still require some maintenance but will give the best knurl feel, more like a naked bar.
