Worst

My 300rs mat performed better than this. I put the mat to work just once. Couldn't even do fifteen minutes of workout on it. It slips. No stability whatsoever. A total waste of money. Wouldn't recommend. Zero stars. And when I tried to reach out to the team about it, they said they can't help. It's not in the company's policy. Anyhoo, I'd think twice if I were you before buying

Extremely good!

I loved the product. It is very nice to use during workouts, warm up and stretches. Initially it rolls up a bit but as you use it you will find that the mat flattens out.
